Andrew Hersant

Director and Attorney

Andrew specializes in corporate and commercial matters, offshore investment funds, private equity structures, offshore capital market transactions and regulatory matters.

He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1992 and practiced in the corporate department of the London office of Baker & McKenzie from 1990 to 1996 advising a range of acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and inward investment.

Andrew was admitted as an attorney of the Grand Court of The Cayman Islands in 1996 and practiced with W.S. Walker and Company from 1996 to 2002.

In 2002 Andrew accepted a position as General Counsel for Bank Austria Cayman Islands Ltd.

Andrew is a graduate of University College London and of the University of Exeter and has LLB Honors in Law and BA Honors in history. He was born in the United Kingdom and he also holds Caymanian Status. Andrew is a notary public and is a resident in the Cayman Islands.
